(i) crc owns and operates the Website, which integrates various tools and features designed to help Sellers and/or Selling Users sell various products, in particular game activation codes, enabling them to set up their Seller Store on this Website or any sub-page;

(ii) the Website also allows searching for and viewing products available in Sellers’ stores, and managing purchases from Sellers’ stores;

(iii) unless otherwise stated on this website, CRC is never a buyer and is usually not a seller, so CRC usually does not purchase digital content from sellers and seller users, nor does it resell digital content to users;

(iv) offers and sales in Seller Stores are between specific Sellers or Selling Users and CRC only provides tools and technology to host, set up and operate Seller Stores, search and view products offered in Seller Stores, and manage purchases made in Seller Stores, and provide certain additional services to Users designed to increase the security, speed and certainty of transactions;

1. General

1.1 Scope. Welcome to toups International Trading, a subsidiary of crc Group. These terms and conditions (“Agreement” or “Terms”) are a contract between you and crc. Ltd. (as the operator of the Website and App, as defined below) and Fashion Choice PTE. Ltd. (as the company that uses the Website and App to sell you products, collect payments and process your returns, the “Company”) (“ebay-us.shop”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to roadget business PTE. Ltd. and/or fashion choice PTE Ltd. as applicable or “your” refers to the user of the Service (as defined below). 2. Use of our services

2.1 Negotiation. When you use our Services, you consent to our processing of information and data and declare that all information and data provided by you are true and consistent with the actual situation. 3Sellers’ Notes

1. Sellers need to report to customer service in advance if they want to remove or delete products, otherwise they will be responsible for resolving any abnormal problems that arise in the store.

2. After the first order is completed, the second order will start, and it will take 24 hours to complete the order. Otherwise, your store reputation will be reduced. If it exceeds 48 hours, your store will be frozen .

3. Sellers are obliged to process orders within 24 hours after receiving them. Orders that are not processed for a long time will lead to a decrease in the store's reputation score. Cash withdrawals can only be made after the orders are processed. Product exposure will be reduced by 10%. If the store is complained by customers and its reputation is reduced, the withdrawal service will be suspended. The store reputation needs to be upgraded again before cash withdrawals can be made. In serious cases, the store will be frozen.

3.1 When a buyer purchases your product, it means that you are selling it. When the buyer pays, it means that you have signed the order agreement and need to fulfill the obligation to ship the product to the customer. If the goods cannot be delivered due to your unilateral breach of contract, the customer can apply for compensation (the general compensation amount is 30-50% of the total order amount, depending on the condition of the goods)
